270 Commission must not deal with claims for payments for strikes
(1)
The commission must not deal with a claim for the making of a payment under section 268(1) to an employee for a period when the employee engages in a strike.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies in relation to a claim whether the claim is for a period before or after—
(a)
the making of the claim; or
(b)
the commencement.
