In force

In this part—

authorised officer see section 337(3).

industrial instrument employee means a person who—

(a)

is or has been employed by an employer; and

(b)

works or has worked under an industrial instrument or permit.

non-industrial instrument employee means a person who—

(a)

is or has been employed by an employer; and

(b)

works or has worked other than under an industrial instrument or a permit.

time and wages record—

(a)

for an industrial instrument employee—means a time and wages record required to be kept under section 339; and

(b)

for a non-industrial instrument employee—means a time and wages record required to be kept under section 340.
