34 Terms that may be included in applicable industrial instruments
An applicable industrial instrument may include the following—
(a)
terms requiring an employee to take annual leave in particular circumstances, but only if the requirement is reasonable;
(b)
terms otherwise dealing with the taking of annual leave.
