351 Written direction that records not be available for inspection
(1)
A member employee, or a person eligible to be a member employee, may give an employer a written direction that a time and wages record for the employee not be available for inspection or electronic access by—
(a)
an authorised officer; or
(b)
a particular authorised officer.
(2)
A person must not threaten or intimidate another person to persuade, or attempt to persuade, the person to give, or refuse to give, a written direction under subsection (1).Maximum penalty—27 penalty units.
