370 Definitions for division
In this division—
fixed rate means the rate applicable under—
(a)
for an apprentice or trainee—section 135; or
(b)
for an employee under an industrial instrument or permit—the industrial instrument or permit; or
(c)
for an employee who is entitled to the Queensland minimum wage and in relation to whom paragraph (a) or (b) does not apply—a general ruling for the Queensland minimum wage.
