406ZC Application for certification of negotiated agreement
(1)
A party to an agreement proposed to be a negotiated agreement may apply to the commission to certify the agreement.
(2)
The application must be made within 21 days after—
(a)
the day the agreement is signed by or for all of the parties; or
(b)
the day the agreement was approved by the independent couriers who will be covered by the agreement as required under section 406ZH.
