406ZK Equal remuneration test
The commission must be satisfied, in relation to the independent couriers to be covered by the agreement—
(a)
a proposed negotiated agreement provides for equal remuneration for work of equal or comparable value; and
(b)
a principal contractor to whom the proposed negotiated agreement applies has implemented, is implementing or, if the agreement is certified, will implement equal remuneration for work of equal or comparable value.
