406ZW Who may apply for amendment or declaration
An application to amend or declare void a courier service contract under section 406ZV may be made by—
(a)
a party to the contract; or
(b)
for the independent courier—an inspector; or
(c)
for a party to the contract who is, or has applied to become, a member of an organisation or federal organisation—the organisation or federal organisation acting with the party’s written consent.
