457 Associates
(1)
The Chief Justice may, on the recommendation of the president or a member authorised by the president, appoint an associate to the president.
(1A)
The president may appoint associates to the vice-president, a deputy president or a commissioner.
(2)
An associate holds office on the wages and conditions decided by the Minister.
(3)
An associate is to be appointed under this Act, and not under the Public Sector Act 2022.
