468 Who may apply for an interpretation of an industrial instrument

(1)

The following may, under section 467, apply for an interpretation of an industrial instrument, other than a certified agreement or bargaining award—

(a)

the Minister;

(b)

an organisation;

(c)

an employer;

(d)

a person who satisfies the commission that the person is not acting for an entity (other than an industrial organisation) that purports to represent the industrial interests of employees covered by the instrument;

(e)

an inspector.

(2)

The following may, under section 467, apply for an interpretation of a certified agreement or bargaining award—

(a)

the Minister; or

(b)

an organisation, or other person, bound by the agreement or award; or

(c)

an employee whose employment is subject to the agreement or award, if the employee satisfies the commission that the employee is not an officer of, or acting for, an entity (other than an industrial organisation) that purports to represent the industrial interests of employees covered by the agreement or award; or

(d)

an inspector.
