472 Who may apply for an amendment or declaration
An application for an amendment or declaration for a contract under section 471 may be made by—
a party to the contract; or
for the party required under the contract to provide services—an inspector; or
an organisation of employees or employers of which a party is, or has applied to become, a member, if it is acting with the party’s written consent.
However, a person can not make the application if—
an application has been made under section 317 for the same matter; or
the person—
is not a public service officer employed on tenure under the Public Sector Act 2022; and
has an annual wage of equal to or more than the amount of the high income threshold under the Commonwealth Fair Work Act, section 333.
