495 Conferences with industrial authorities
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the president considers it desirable for a conference to be held with an industrial authority about an industrial matter; and
(b)
the industrial authority agrees to the conference.
(2)
The president may confer, or direct a commissioner to confer, with the industrial authority to coordinate decisions—
(a)
under this Act about the industrial matter; and
(b)
by the industrial authority.
