501 Functions and powers vested in commission by other jurisdictions
(1)
The commission may perform the functions and exercise the powers conferred on it under—
(a)
the Commonwealth Fair Work Act; or
(b)
another Act of a jurisdiction other than Queensland declared for this section by a regulation.
(2)
A decision of the commission under authority conferred by subsection (1) is not a decision made by it under this Act.
