507F Conciliator to file certificate
(1)
As soon as practicable after a conciliation process is finished, the conciliator must file with the registrar a certificate about the conciliation process in the form required under the rules.
(2)
For subsection (1), the conciliation process is finished if—
(a)
the parties agree on a resolution of all or part of the fair work claim; or
(b)
the conciliator decides the conciliation process is finished.
