527 Starting proceedings
(1)
A proceeding in the court or commission or before the registrar may be started on application by—
(a)
an organisation or an officer or member of an organisation; or
(b)
the Minister; or
(c)
a State peak council; or
(d)
an inspector; or
(e)
an employer; or
(f)
a person who has an interest in the matter to which the application relates.
(2)
Proceedings may also be started by the commission on its own initiative.
(3)
In proceedings, the commission may call before it the persons it considers necessary.
(4)
This section does not affect another provision of this Act providing for the starting of particular proceedings, including who may start the proceedings.
