565 When leave for appeal must be given
If an application for leave to appeal is made under section 554, 557 or 560, the Court of Appeal, court or full bench—
(a)
must give leave if it is satisfied it is in the public interest to do so; and
(b)
may not give leave other than under paragraph (a).
