Industrial Relations Act 2016

In proceedings, a statement in a complaint or other process by which the proceedings are started about the following matters is evidence of the matters stated—

that a calling was, at or about a stated time, transferred from 1 person to another;

that a stated person is or is not, or was or was not, at a stated time, an officer or member of an organisation;

that a stated person is liable to pay, but has not paid, a contribution to the approved superannuation fund.
