603 General requirements for applications
(1)
A registration application must be—
(a)
signed by the applicant’s president and secretary; and
(b)
accompanied by the following—
(i)
the proposed address under section 613(1) of the applicant’s proposed registered office;
(ii)
2 copies of the rules the applicant proposes to have as an organisation;
(iii)
a copy of the register that will, on its registration, be the applicant’s officers register;
(iv)
a list of any trustees of the applicant;
(v)
the appropriate fee under the rules; and
(c)
filed.
(2)
Notice of the application must be published by the applicant in the way prescribed by regulation.
