626 Meaning of collegiate electoral system for part
In this part, a collegiate electoral system means a system for the election of an organisation’s officers under which—
(a)
persons are elected to a number of offices for the organisation by a direct voting system; and
(b)
at a subsequent stage or stages, persons are elected to offices for the organisation by an electoral college consisting of the persons elected at the last preceding stage.
