657 How amendment must be made
(1)
An amendment under this division may only be made by an order, direction or written decision (instrument).
(2)
The amendment takes effect from the date of the instrument.
(3)
The registrar must give the organisation a copy of the instrument as soon as practicable after the instrument is made.
