727 Resignation if membership subscription unpaid for 2 years
(1)
A person’s membership of an organisation ends if the person—
(a)
owes the organisation a membership subscription; and
(b)
has owed the subscription for 2 years.
(2)
For subsection (1), a person is taken not to owe a subscription if the person has—
(a)
entered into an agreement with the organisation to pay the subscription; and
(b)
complied with, and continues to comply with, the agreement.
