743 Material personal interests disclosure register
(1)
This section applies if a disclosure notice is given to an organisation’s management committee by an officer of the organisation under section 716.
(2)
The organisation must keep, for at least 7 years after the date the disclosure notice was given, a written register of the following for the disclosure notice—
(a)
the name of the officer;
(b)
the date the disclosure notice was given;
(c)
a copy of the disclosure notice.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
