784 Reports etc. to be lodged with registrar

A designated officer of a reporting unit must, within 14 days (or any longer period the registrar allows) after the meeting referred to in section 782, file—

(a)

a copy of the full report; and

(b)

if a concise report was given to members—a copy of the concise report; and

(c)

a statutory declaration by a designated officer that the documents lodged are copies of the documents given to members and presented to a meeting under section 782.

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
