801 Costs of examination by registrar’s auditor
(1)
The costs of or associated with an examination by a registrar’s auditor must be paid by the organisation for which the examination is carried out if demanded by the registrar.
(2)
The registrar may recover the amount of the costs not paid on demand as a debt.
