853 Using resources for proposed amalgamation
(1)
An existing organisation for a proposed amalgamation may use its financial and other resources to support the proposed amalgamation if—
(a)
its management committee has resolved to do so; and
(b)
the committee has given reasonable notice of its resolution to the organisation’s members.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit an existing organisation’s other powers to use its financial and other resources for the proposed amalgamation.
