876L Reporting to Minister
(1)
The administrator must give the Minister a report about the operation of the administration scheme—
(a)
no later than 6 months after the administration notice takes effect under section 876G; and
(b)
within 28 days after the end of each subsequent 6-month period until the administration notice is revoked under section 876H.
(2)
The Minister must table a copy of a report in the Legislative Assembly within 15 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
