877 Definitions for part
In this part—
deregistration order see section 878.
industrial conduct ground means a ground mentioned in section 878(a) or (b).
members, of an organisation, means—
(a)
a substantial number of the organisation’s members; or
(b)
a section or class of its members.
small organisation means—
(a)
an employee organisation that has fewer than 20 members who are employees; or
(b)
an employer organisation whose employer members have, in total, employed a monthly average of fewer than 20 employees during any 6-month period.
