Reference to exercise of powers

In force

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

a provision of this Act refers to the exercise of a power by an inspector; and

(b)

there is no reference to a specific power.

(2)

The reference is to the exercise of all or any inspectors’ powers under this Act or a warrant, to the extent the powers are relevant.
