919 Validity of inspector’s conduct despite administrative contravention
The failure of an inspector to comply with section 905 or 910—
(a)
does not affect the lawfulness or effect of an act done or omission made by the inspector for this Act; but
(b)
makes the inspector liable to disciplinary action.
