955 Declaration of other employers by regulation
(1)
This section applies to an employer that, under the Commonwealth Fair Work Act, section 14(2), may be declared by or under a law of the State not to be a national system employer.
(2)
A regulation may declare the employer not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Fair Work Act.
(3)
A regulation may revoke a declaration made under subsection (2).
