959 Declared employers—operation of existing industrial instrument
(1)
A regulation may provide that, from the relevant day, an existing industrial instrument applies to employees of a particular declared employer.
(2)
If a regulation is made under subsection (1), from the relevant day the industrial instrument applies to—
(a)
the declared employer; and
(b)
the declared employees; and
(c)
an organisation that is a party to the instrument.
(3)
A regulation may declare the industrial instrument, or any matter relating to the industrial instrument, to be valid for the purposes of the operation of this section.
