998 Existing certified agreements and arbitration determinations
(1)
A certified agreement or arbitration determination that is in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement continues in force as a certified agreement or arbitration determination under this Act.
(2)
A certified agreement mentioned in subsection (1) can not be amended under section 223 or chapter 4, part 7, division 2.
