118 Ballot result report
(1)
The ballot manager must, within 14 days after the declaration of the result of a ballot for a proposed amalgamation or withdrawal, give the registrar a written ballot result report containing the particulars mentioned in section 34.
(2)
A contravention of this section does not invalidate a ballot.
