10 QPP 10—quality of personal information
10.1
An agency must take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information the agency collects is accurate, up to date and complete.
10.2
An agency must take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information the agency uses or discloses is, having regard to the purpose of the use or disclosure, accurate, up to date, complete and relevant.
