136 Decision-making functions
The functions of the information commissioner include—
(a)
waiving or modifying—
(i)
an obligation of a relevant entity to comply with the privacy principle requirements; or
(ii)
an obligation of an agency to comply with chapter 3A, part 2 or 3 or section 72 or 73; and
(b)
issuing compliance notices under
part 6; and
(c)
dealing with privacy complaints under
chapter 5.
