How QCAT may dispose of review

In force

If QCAT reviews a decision of the information commissioner to give a relevant entity a compliance notice, QCAT may make any of the following orders—

(a)

confirm the commissioner’s decision to give the compliance notice;

(b)

confirm the commissioner’s decision to give a compliance notice but substitute a compliance notice that is in different terms from the compliance notice given;

(c)

revoke the giving of the compliance notice;

(d)

revoke the giving of the compliance notice and give the commissioner directions about the issuing of a replacement compliance notice.
