226 Report to Assembly on Act’s operation
(1)
This section applies in relation to a financial year ending before the commencement if the report for the financial year has not been tabled in the Assembly under former section 194.
(2)
Former section 194 continues to apply in relation to the financial year as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
(3)
Section 194 as in force on the commencement does not apply in relation to the financial year.
