3 Disciplinary actions and misconduct
A document to the extent it contains personal information arising out of—
(a)
a complaint under the Police Service
Administration Act 1990, part 7; or
(b)
a complaint, or an investigation of corruption, under the Crime and Corruption Act
2001.
