This section applies if it is not reasonably practicable to include any information required under section 51 when the statement is given to the information commissioner under that section, including, for example, the total number of individuals mentioned in section 51(2)(e) or (f).

(2)

The agency must take all reasonable steps to provide the information to the commissioner as soon as practicable after the statement is given.
