Note—

In this schedule—

(a)

each QPP is numbered using the provision number of the corresponding APP; and

(b)

a reference in an editor’s note to an APP followed by a number is a reference to a provision of the

Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth),

schedule 1, having that number; and

(c)

editor’s notes describe material differences between a particular QPP and the corresponding APP.
