37 Officer subject to direction of inspector
(1)
An officer of the ombudsman to whom a function is delegated under section 36 is subject to the direction of the inspector in performing the function or exercising a power under this Act.
(2)
An officer of the ombudsman, other than an officer mentioned in subsection (1), is subject to the direction of the inspector to the extent the officer is involved in the administration of this Act.
