124 Responsibility of agent
(1)
An agent must comply with the rules and any relevant direction.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
However, it is a defence to a charge against an agent for noncompliance with a direction to prove that the agent did not know, and could not reasonably be expected to have known, of the requirements of the direction.
