133 Licensed provider or agent not to act as credit provider
(1)
A licensed provider or an agent must not provide credit to a player or a player’s account.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
(2)
A licensed provider or an agent must not act as agent for a credit provider to facilitate the provision of credit to a player or a player’s account.Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
