Interactive Gambling (Player Protection) Act 1998

The chief executive may, by written notice given to a licensed provider, require the licensed provider to give to the chief executive, within the time stated in the notice—

the information stated in the notice about a related agreement to which the licensed provider is a party; and

if the agreement is in writing—a copy of the agreement.

Without limiting subsection (1), the information the chief executive may require to be given about a related agreement includes the following—

the names of the parties;

a description of any property, goods or other things, or any services, supplied or to be supplied;

the value or nature of the consideration;

the term of the agreement.

The licensed provider must comply with the requirement within the time stated in the notice, unless the licensed provider has a reasonable excuse.
