164 Advertising interactive gambling
(1)
A person must not advertise an interactive game in Queensland unless the game is an authorised game or an exempt game.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
(2)
A person must not advertise an authorised game in Queensland without approval of the relevant authorised provider.Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—40 penalty units.
