196 Entry without consent or warrant
An inspector may, without the occupier’s consent or a warrant, enter—
(a)
a public place; or
(b)
a place where an authorised game is being, or is about to be, conducted; or
(c)
a place where an authorised provider or an agent carries on business at any time when the place is open for carrying on business or otherwise open for entry; or
(d)
the land around premises to ask its occupier for consent to enter the premises.
