206 Failure to give information
(1)
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 204(3)(h) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
It is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with the requirement if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
