Restrictions on deposits for player’s account

In force

A licensed provider must not, for the player’s account of a restricted player, permit the player—

(a)

to make a deposit that is more than the amount prescribed under a regulation (the fixed amount); or

(b)

in a period prescribed under a regulation, to make deposits totalling more than the fixed amount.

Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
