28 Gazette notice
(1)
The Minister must have notice published in the gazette of—
(a)
the approval of an exemption scheme; or
(b)
the cancellation of the approval of an exemption scheme.
(2)
Notice of the approval of an exemption scheme must state an address at which interested members of the public may inspect, or obtain a copy of, the exemption scheme.
