Amendment of agency agreement

In force

(1)

An agency agreement may only be amended with the written approval of the chief executive.

(2)

The chief executive may withhold approval of a proposed amendment only if it is necessary to do so in the public interest or to protect proper standards of integrity in the conduct of interactive games.
